Summer Berry Tart

Summer Berry Tart

1 pound mixture of blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries
½ cup granulated sugar
1 lemon, juiced and zested
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon ginger

Combine all ingredients. Spread mixture in tart shell and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until fruit is soft and juices are bubbling.

Allow to cool before serving with vanilla-flavored whipped cream or ice cream.
