Pineapple Sorbet

Pineapple Sorbet



1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups water
2 cups crushed pineapple
2 cups coconut milk
1/4 cup lime juice

Combine ingredients in a blender. Pour mixture into ice cream maker and process following manufacturer's directions. This is one recipe you may want to make over and over again. We do! :)
